Do I need to run forestprep and domainprep on a new Exchange 2003 server?

I have an existing Windows 2000 domain, with Exchange 2k. We are going to add a Windows 2003 server with Exchange 2003 for Outlook Web Access. I was going to install the 2003 Exchange as a front-end server. Do I need to run forestprep and domainprep on the 2003 server, or did the initial 2000 Exchange Server setup take care of all that?

The forestprep and domainprep processes for Exchange 2003 will need to be run. However, when you install the first Exchange 2003 server, Setup will automatically perform those steps if it detects that they have not been previously performed manually.
