Deployment tool errors during a migration from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003

Find out how to troubleshoot a RecipientDSInteg deployment tool error when migrating from Exchange Server 5.5 to Exchange Server 2003.

I'm migrating from Exchange Server 5.5 to Exchange Server 2003. When I run the RecipientDSInteg deployment tool, I receive the following error in the E2kDSInteg log:

Schedule+ Free/Busy Connector. The disabled user is mailbox enabled and does not contain an associated external account. The keyword 'ntdsnomatch' could not be found.

The only solution I've found is to use the Active Directory Connector (ADC) tools. However, the ADC tools report that everything is fine. What would you suggest?

The Exchange Server 2003 deployment tools overview provides a description of the deployment tools and a tutorial on how to use them. You should also review the process of migrating from Exchange Server 5.5 to 2003 and make sure that you've followed the steps correctly. When migrating a user, double check that the Schedule+ Free/Busy option is functioning properly.
