This is done in Active Directory Users and Computers. Simply select the accounts, right-click on the selection and choose Exchange Tasks. Then choose Delete Mailbox. Complete the wizard and the mailboxes will be marked for deletion. Once your mailbox retention period expires, they will be permanently deleted. If you want to expedite the process, run the cleanup agent in Exchange System Manager and then purge the disconnected mailboxes.
