Creating an address list available to Outlook Web access users

I'm running Exchange 2000. How and where can I create an address list available to Outlook Web access users (preferably a default address book)?

Unfortunately, without creating your own custom version of Outlook Web Access, your Outlook Web Access users won't be able to browse any address lists, including the Global Address List (GAL). While the Outlook Web Access client has access to the GAL, it does not have a mechanism to browse the GAL. Instead, access to the GAL is provided by means of a search form where you enter criteria and search for entries.
