Once Exchange is installed and configured to your liking, the next step is to create mailboxes. You can do this by using Active Directory Users and Computers to create mailbox-enabled users. Then, the next step is to configure mail profiles on your Outlook clients to point to the Exchange server. When you launch Outlook as a new user, a Wizard will launch and guide you through creating the mail profile. You'll want to make sure you select Microsoft Exchange Server, and enter the appropriate server and mailbox names. Once the Wizard has completed, Outlook will be able to access the mailbox on the server.
