Common mistakes when upgrading to Exchange 2003

References and best practices for migrating to Exchange Server 2003.

We have a Windows 2000 Active Directory domain with Exchange 2000, and we are in the process of migrating to Exchange 2003. On that same domain, there is Windows 2003 server on which we plan to install Exchange 2003. What procedures should we follow?
I like this Knowledge Base article from Microsoft, Common mistakes when upgrading Exchange 5.5/2000 to Exchange 2003

You should also check out Microsoft Knowledge Base article, Considerations when you upgrade to Exchange Server 2003

These two articles are very good in-depth resources from Microsoft that address your questions.
