Can't log into OWA using Exchange 5.5 domain name

I can't log into Outlook Web Access using my Exchange 5.5 domain name from outside the company, but I can get in using the IP address where OWA is installed. Do you have any tips?

I suspect that this has to do with problems with your external server name for Exchange webmail services being resolved correctly in DNS. Try running an NSLOOKUP <web mail URL> from within the company and comparing it to the output when you run NSLOOKUP <web mail URL> from outside. This should give you some pointers where to begin looking to resolve. You will need to configure your webmail address in the global DNS tables to resolve to a correct address.
