We recently installed Exchange 2003 on a Windows Server 2003 box. All updates and patches have been applied. Now my users cannot add an attachment to outgoing mail. We have tried using Outlook Web Access (OWA), Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002 clients. When we use OWA we get a HTTP 1.1 500 Internal Server Error. How do I correct this?

By any chance do you have anti-virus running on your Exchange 2003 server? If so, I'd check to see if your M drive is being scanned as I suspect it is. If so, stop scanning the M drive and your problem should go away.
