If you install ADMINPAK.MSI from a Windows 2000 Server (or a Windows 2000 Server CD) on your Windows 2000 Professional system then you will have access to Active Directory Users and Computers, which you can use to control user accounts. However, you might just find it easier to use Terminal Services on your Exchange 2000 server and manage it remotely.
