Adding additional Domain Controllers in Win2003

I have PDC running Windows 2000 server, but I'd like to add an additional Domain Controller. Can I make Windows 2003 server the BDC? If possible, please tell me how to do it.
Although this is not an Exchange question, I can answer it for you. There is no such thing as a Windows 2000/2003 BDC. BDC is an NT 4.0 and earlier concept. Instead, you simply create additional domain controllers using the same process you used to create the first one – DCPROMO.
