Accessing raw data in Outlook 2000 e-mails

How can I look at the raw data (including headers, HTML, etc.) in an e-mail received in Outlook 2000? I have tried using File/Export, and it gives some data, but not the headers. I find the most useful results by specifying database format for the output, then using debug to look at it. However, it doesn't give you much of anything if the source is HTML.
You should be able to save a message as HTML and then view the source that way. The source may or may not include the headers. To view those, open the message and select View -> Options. The Internet headers will be displayed in the message options dialog.
