Accessing multiple mailboxes with OWA

Is it possible to have Exchange 2003 Outlook Web Access (OWA) access more than one mailbox? Our users have multiple POP3 mail accounts as well as an Exchange account and we would like them to be able to remotely send/receive mail from the other accounts, using OWA, as they presently do in Outlook.

Unfortunately, this is not possible with Exchange 2003 OWA. In theory this is possible through building a custom solution, however this would require you to invest in custom software development.
